We sell admission tickets to individuals of legal age.

Ticket prices include VAT.

Orders

Orders are made by the user and placed in the shopping cart that directs the order to Giraffe-Events online store check-out section for the purchase payment. By confirming the order, you accept the pricing and these terms and conditions.

Delivery method

Tickets purchased in the online store are delivered electronically to the e-mail address provided by the customer immediately after payment. The e-mail confirmation includes the purchased ticket and the receipt of the order. The customer must present the purchased tickets at the venue door or at the cash desk, where they will be scanned. Tickets are not delivered by post.

Exchange and return rights

Purchased tickets cannot be exchanged or redeemed. You are obliged to check and monitor that the opportunity has not changed or been cancelled.

Event Cancellation

In the event of cancellation, the user may request a reimbursement of the ticket purchase funds according to the payment method used.

Complaints

The Giraffe Events and its partners are committed to delivering the products and services in accordance with the order. Should there appear any faults in the order or the service, we kindly request you to contact our service personnel at info@giraffe-events.com.

Change

We reserve the right to change our terms of service. Before placing an order, the customer must familiarize himself with the terms of service and delivery conditions valid at any given time.

Payments

All of the payments are handled by a PCI Certified Payment Provider Level 1 – the Stripe, Inc. Paying with Stripe, Inc is safe. All information is exchanged through secured connections.
